Each Maintenance request must be submitted in writing. The easiest way to do that is online, through your tenant portal. Each request made through the portal is tracked and you can access the information for the entire term of your lease.

***Water Leaks – If the shutoff valve at the leak, (ie. toilet, sink) isn’t working, shut off the main water valve to the house. It is usually located on your front hose bib.
