When your tenant pays on time, your payment is processed by the 16th of the same month. If your tenant pays late, we process payments every three business days through the end of the month.

- We make it as easy as possible for tenants to submit their rent payments online.- Secure Online Payment Portal – Tenants can pay rent electronically via bank transfer, debit, or credit card.
- Auto-Pay Options – Tenants can set up recurring payments to ensure on-time rent each month.
Automated Rent Reminders & Due Date Notifications
- Email & SMS Notifications - Tenants receive friendly reminders before and on the due date.
- Late Payment Alerts - Automated notifications are sent to tenants who miss payments, reducing late rent issues.
Strict Late Payment & Lease Enforcement
- Due Dates & Grace Periods - Rents due on the 1st, late on the 2nd. There are no grace periods and tenants are required to pay in certified funds after the 5th to ensure you get your owner disbursement as quickly as possible.
- Legal Compliance and Eviction Process - If rent remains unpaid, we initiate swift legal action while ensuring compliance with the Arizona Landlord Tenant Act.
Fast & Secure Landlord Payouts
- Direct Deposit to Owner - Rent is processed and deposited into your bank account. Owner Distributions for on-time rent payments are processed no later than the 16th of the month.
- Transparent Financial Reporting - Monthly Statements and Lease Agreements are available 24/7 in your owners portal.
