When a tenant pays on time, your payment is guaranteed by the 15th of the same month. If your tenant pays late, we process payments every three business days through the end of the month. In order to ensure our Owners get their rental proceeds as quick as possible, our rent collection process is as follows.

Tenants:

1. Rent is due on the 1st
2. No grace period, late fees start on the 2nd
3. Rent is payable online, including from mobile devices!
4. We accept credit cards

Owners:

1. Owner Draws processed by ACH, no need to deposit checks and wait longer.
2. ACH payments deposited in your account within 24hrs after submitting.
3. After the 5th, tenants are required to pay certified funds.

In the event that a tenant does not pay on time, our legal actions to collect rent or evict the tenant will proceed promptly and accurately.
